Refund and Cancellation Policy

All our appointments are on a paid for basis, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking and stated by email from us in advance.

Advance Payments or Deposits

We reserve the right to take an advance payment and or deposit before an appointment is booked.

These payments will be deducted from any service.

These will payments will not be returned for a cancellation, unless under our collection policy below.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us to rebook. Life is always full of surprises, so we completely understand.

Please give 24 hour’s notice. 

If you forget to attend or do not give 24 hours notice, the treatment will be forfeited and 100% of the treatment price will be charged, and a deposit taken before the next treatment.
